Day 3: Risk Response Strategies 1.Developing effective risk response plans.
2.Techniques for risk avoidance, reduction, transfer, and acceptance. 3.Financial and operational impacts of risk responses.
4.Integrating risk responses with project management.
5.Role-play exercises on risk decision-making.
Day 4: Risk Monitoring and Reporting 1.Establishing risk monitoring processes. 2.Key risk indicators and metrics. 3.Techniques for continuous risk monitoring.
4.Reporting risk to stakeholders. 5.Practical exercises on creating risk reports.
Basic understanding of project management principles. Experience in a team leadership or management role is beneficial, but not mandatory. Willingness to engage with complex scenarios and decision-making processes.
